I have lived and worked in Spain, Mexico, and Costa Rica and these experiences have had a profound impact on me both personally and professionally. I love Pimento Cheese

Pimento cheese is a classic Southern cheddar cheese and pimento pepper dip. It’s affectionately referred to as “pâté du Sud,” or Southern pâté. Pimento cheese is creamy and cheesy, tangy, peppery and spreadable.If you have never tried it you absoultely should!

I have recently taken on the challenge of launching a boutique hotel in Costa Rica. With zero prior hotel experience, I dove headfirst into the project, from hiring staff to getting operations up and running smoothly.Despite the unfamiliar territory, I've embraced the journey with creativity and determination, finding joy in figuring it all out and making it work and testing my international business acumen and Spanish fluency in a whole new way. It's been an exhilarating adventure and I've discovered a newfound passion.

Latin American Sales & Marketing: Medela

In my role as Latin American Sales Manager, I achieved consistent double digit year-over-year growth and established a robust presence in LATAM markets. I initiated this venture from ground zero, implementing grass-roots market and brand development strategies alongside strategic planning, cultural nuances, pricing, tropicalized marketing approaches, and regulatory expertise to surpass export expansion targets.
